The Bus Journey

Hmm, 4 months since my last blog...whoops. I suppose exams and forgetting about this were the reasons but something came to my attention and I thought I would share it with the world. Or just my friends and family on the other hand.


Anyway onto the topic of conversation, Ive been getting a bus to work and football nearly every day of the week now and its came to my attention that nobody of a younger generation speaks to anyone else. We all sit here reading books or listening to music, but when a couple of old people come onto the bus they dont mind talking to anyone. I just think that it would be a more entertaining journey to speak to someone and get to know new people that you wouldnt necessarily speak to anywhere else. However nobody does it and I probably know why actually, as it is a reason why I dont either. Because people are socially awkward nowadays, people will only converse really when you are introduced to someone instead of going out there yourself and making yourself known to other people. A trait I believe to be good in everyday life, it means you go out there and get things yourself. Still I dont think it would change anytime soon so Im probably rambling about something non-important.

Another thing though, about my bus journey is that it is filthy! Especially on the windows, it makes me feel ill, I mean people their greasy heads against the windows and leave some horrible marks on there. It makes me want to bring like a tub of wet wipes onto the bus just to relax.
